Bawar Eats operates a restaurant food-delivery platform in configured service markets. This policy explains how we process personal data under applicable privacy law.

Data we collect

We collect phone numbers, email addresses (optional), delivery addresses, order and payment history, restaurant and courier account details, chat messages, and device tokens for push notifications.

How we use data

Data is used to authenticate users, process card and wallet payments via Stripe, dispatch couriers, provide customer support, comply with food-safety obligations (including allergen information), and improve the service.

Retention

Order records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution. Chat messages, location breadcrumbs, and courier selfie verification images are purged on rolling schedules documented in docs/COMPLIANCE.md.

Your rights

You may export or delete your account data from Account settings or by contacting support. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your market.
