Platform role

Bawar Eats connects customers with independent restaurants and couriers in configured service markets. Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, allergen declarations, food safety, and lawful operation.

Orders & payments

Orders are paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or platform wallet balance via Stripe. Tips go to couriers. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation

You may cancel for free before a restaurant accepts your order. After acceptance, any applicable cancellation fee is shown before you confirm. Once preparation starts, cancellation is not available through the app — contact support for assistance.

Age-restricted items

Where an order includes age-restricted products, you confirm the recipient is 18 or older. Couriers may verify ID on delivery.

Acceptable use

Fraud, abuse of couriers or restaurant staff, and misuse of the referral or wallet programmes may result in account suspension.

Bawar Eats

Local food delivery from nearby restaurants, with secure payment and live courier tracking.
